Silvana's deep involvement in her community since December 13, 2002, has been marked by over two decades of dedicated service. Beginning her entrepreneurial journey with MCC Maintenance Cleaning Company to serve her community. Now she is expanding her horizons to establish MCC Supplies, specializing in environmentally safe cleaning chemicals. Motivated by the challenges posed by harsh chemicals and her unwavering commitment to environmental preservation, Silvana ventured into this new arena. Her strong ties to her community are evident through her active participation in Valora, a flourishing family recycling business. With her overarching objective centered on environmental conservation, Silvana's impact is felt not only in her community but also in her entrepreneurial endeavors.

Originally from Brazil, Silvana partnered with Becker to launch MCC Supplies Eco-Friendly Cleaning, setting up their factory in Brazil with a strong commitment to sustainability. Throughout her career, she collaborated with various entities in the cleaning industry, such as CleanAll Cleaning. Following the acquisition of CleanAll's cleaning division by AK Building Services, Silvana dedicated over 15 years to working with them while managing her own enterprise, MCC Maintenance Cleaning Company. Despite her diverse responsibilities, her unwavering focus remains on advancing MCC Supplies, advocating for eco-friendly practices, and championing the "go green" initiative.
